TOO FUNNY

So I was getting into this little Westlaw contest, the thought of winning a beemer was too much, and I was asked to find this case. TOO FUNNY. There is definately something to be said for a judge who knows his shit. This is the shortest opinion ever to be handed down by a court in this country. I think the only one shorter would have to simply read, "affirmed."
"The appellant has attempted to distinguish the factual situation in this case from that in Renfroe v. Higgins Rack Coating and Manufacturing Co., Inc. (1969), 17 Mich.App. 259, 169 N.W.2d 326.
